Ginhawa Circles

is a Filipino word that describes the feeling of relief after heaviness. The exhale after holding so much. It is a return to ease, to breath, and to a sense of inner lightness. It is the ability to feel grounded, supported, and able to breathe again.

Ginhawa Circles are intentional healing spaces designed to support nervous system regulation, emotional release, and personal growth through guided support and community connection. Through shared experiences, grounding practices, and reflective integration, you are invited to slow down, release what you’ve been carrying, and reconnect with yourself in a meaningful way.

These circles offer both a space to be witnessed in your journey and a space to learn. While we hold space for one another with care and presence, we also gather as a learning circle inviting guest speakers, facilitators, and different healing modalities to expand our awareness. You are encouraged to take what resonates and integrate it in ways that feel aligned with your own path.

This space is created for individuals who are already committed to their healing journey and feel called to continue that work within a supportive, respectful, and accountable community. It is not about fixing, but about deepening building awareness, strengthening your relationship with yourself, and being witnessed in your process.

Each month, participants are supported through a variety of nourishing experiences and shared resources designed to deepen personal practice and connection within the group. Offerings may include:

A Circle for Openness, Vulnerability, and Connection

This 3-month group experience is intentionally designed for those who feel deeply called to do the work of healing in a supportive group environment. It is a space where you can show up honestly, share openly, and be witnessed by others walking a similar path.

Together, we will explore practices that support nervous system regulation, increase self-awareness, and gently begin to shift long held patterns. The intention of this circle is to help expand your capacity to hold more of life, more clarity, more balance, more joy while also creating a container of shared accountability and support.

This circle is for people who feel ready to move beyond survival mode and begin releasing old patterns that may have been carried personally or generationally. Through collective reflection, open dialogue, and shared practices, participants support one another in creating meaningful change.

Transformation often deepens when it happens in community. In this space, we practice listening, witnessing, and holding one another with respect and care. Participants are invited to show up with openness, curiosity, and a willingness to grow alongside others who are committed to their personal journey.

This is also a space that welcomes open conversation and exploration of many perspectives and healing approaches. While we may discuss a variety of practices and modalities, this circle is not centered on any single method and encourages thoughtful, respectful sharing.
